ADHD@Work coaching
The ADHD@Work coaching programme combines practical ADHD-friendly tools with personalised support so you can work to your strengths and achieve your goals without sacrificing your health or authenticity.
ADHD@Work coaching is ideal for people who:
Feel overwhelmed and want to find ways to better manage their work.
Would like to develop practical strategies to help with organisation, time management and follow-through.
Want to work with their unique brain instead of against it.
Are ready to take action and explore new approaches through compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming coaching.
The one-to-one ADHD workplace coaching will focus on your particular needs and the strategies that will work for you. It may include:
A place to explore how ADHD strengths and challenges show up at work
Detailed exploration of your goals
Support and strategies for executive function challenges such as time management, organisation and planning
Tools to assist with emotional regulation
Support to reduce stress and help prevent burnout
Exploring wellbeing factors such as sleep, nutrition, movement, etc.
Recognising how hormone ups and downs and perimenopause can impact executive function and ADHD traits
Exploring ways to adjust your environment to meet your specific needs
Recognising and celebrating your strengths, abilities, skills, successes and progress towards your goals
The coaching will draw on the latest understanding of ADHD, AuDHD and neurodivergence, along with mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

We offer three options for the ADHD@Work 1:1 ADHD coaching programme, and we currently have a special offer: 10% off coaching packages with Jules, Jaime or Carolyn, for a limited time:
ADHD@Work Transform: 12-session, 16+week package: $1844 + GST (best value)
ADHD@Work Breakthrough: 9-session, 12+week package: $1440 + GST
ADHD@Work Essentials: 6-session, 6- to 12-week package: $990 + GST
Standard pricing:

Each package can be extended for ongoing support for as long as required.
Locations
Jules is available in Johnsonville and online. Jaime works online and in Wellington by arrangement. Carolyn is available in Petone, Wellington and online, and Jayne works in Island Bay and online.

Schedule your coaching in-person in Wellington NZ or online via video call
We will send you an invoice and intake form to get things started
Start your coaching programme: Experience professional coaching and support to help you thrive with ADHD
Receive a written summary after each session plus any handouts and resources
Reach out for accountability and support via email or WhatsApp between sessions as needed
At the end of your programme: reflect on your progress, celebrate wins and look to the future
