“The strategies we covered in the coaching were really useful to help my executive function. Jules gave me helpful ideas to try and was very understanding of my struggles (not judging, etc) as well as helping me identify my strengths. I appreciated the support to find what worked and how to practically implement these changes.”

“I'd recommend Jules to people who have had an ADHD diagnosis as an adult. She has helped me learn a lot about who I am, what I value and how to better understand my feeling and what I want in my life. She's done a lot to reassure me that I'm not alone in what I am going through and the feelings I have are completely normal.”

“Jules is a very easy person to connect with which makes the whole process a lot easier. She is flexible and accommodating both with her time and her skills. She is responsive to people's needs and observant of her clients. I feel right to say she goes above and beyond.”

“Jules listened to me, was patient when my topic of conversation would jump around, and holds space to explore anything and everything neruodiverse. She also coaches in a very comfortable space with many kinds of support items.”
